As an AI Engineer Intern, you will join our Innovation team and participate in real business projects while learning modern AI technologies.
What You Will Work On
As part of the internship program you may participate in projects related to:
- Speech-to-Text (ASR)
— Working with audio datasets for the Azerbaijani language
— Fine-tuning and adapting existing ASR models such as Whisper or Wav2Vec2
— Improving transcription quality and model performance - LLM & NLP Solutions
— Adapting open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) for specific tasks
— Working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
— Developing NLP pipelines for text processing and knowledge retrieval - Conversational AI
— Assisting in building chatbot and voicebot solutions
— Designing dialogue flows and conversational logic
— Integrating AI services with existing systems and APIs - AI Infrastructure & Deployment
— Working with AI models deployed on internal GPU servers
— Assisting with inference optimization and system performance
— Learning about secure on-premise AI deployments - Multimodal AI (Research Direction)
— Exploring computer vision and video analytics use cases
— Researching multimodal AI approaches combining audio, text and video
Minimum Requirements
- Basic Python programming knowledge
- Understanding of basic Machine Learning concepts — Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms
- Familiarity with Git
- Basic Linux usage
- Basic understanding of APIs
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with OpenCV or FFmpeg
- Strong learning mindset and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem
- Knowledge of ASR models such as Whisper or Wav2Vec2
- Experience with LLM concepts and prompt engineering
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus)
- Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex
