Всемирный Конгресс GSMA сегодня объявил победителей Global Mobile Awards 2018 (премия GLOMO). Также премия была вручена Правительству Эстонии как стране-лидеру мирового уровня в создании разумной политики регулирования телекоммуникаций на основе четких принципов, за поощрение частных инвестиций, прозрачной, свободной и справедливой конкуренции. Были отмечены и политические подходы Эстонии, принятые правительством для развертывания мобильных услуг, особенно в том, что касается быстрого развития услуг 5G. Эстония добилась отличного прогресса в направлении цифровой трансформации своих государственных услуг на основе надежной цифровой идентификации для всех граждан. Кроме того, группа судей была впечатлена акцентом на поощрение использования мобильных услуг как в частном, так и в государственном секторах.
